Gateway to Industry Schools program

The Gateway to Industry Schools program (GISP) helps high school students explore career options through 12 industry-led Gateway projects.

As well as learning about jobs in the industry, and pathways to get there, students can do practical learning activities to build their understanding. This helps them to make better informed choices about their training or study.

Each project is led by an industry organisation. These organisations deliver activities that reflect the skills their industry needs. Each organisation chooses how the project operates and how they engage with schools that participate.

There are currently 12 industries available through GISP.

(Note: the new Power and Energy project contains parts of the previous Hydrogen and Renewable Energy project.)
